I bought a kestar 1.5 ton a/c in june 08. before it completed one yr t he auto swing motor of the a/c stopped working. i lodged a complained the initial complaint on 02 jun 09. since then i have made repeated compliants for the past two months and the company has not provided with the service. also the routine service for cleaninng the a/c is also not provided by the company. the customer care is no ears to the repeated complaints made by me. the customer care does not speak properly and more so it does not put the manager or any senior on line. request send the company rep for immideate service.
