KENSTAR COOLER
Not working

I had bought this kenstar cooler on 15th april 09 and after that the service is done twice on a new cooler still they can't fix the problem, once it is done in the morning by the evening again the problem repeats,

hereby the problem is of the rotation of the cooler wings which stops, till now kenstar has not been able to fix the problem and now my new cooler looks like i have bought a second hand one, they r alos not ready to replace it

plz give us some solution
