Since past 3 years I hv been constantly pursuing all Rajkot city (Gujarat) dealers of Kenstar 2 get a replacement for Holder coupler JE 9907. Please advice me how am i supposed to get it??? and the kind of customer service Kenstar seems 2 provide 2 its customers.
