Malfunctioning of washing matchine

I have purchased one ken star LS-63 washing m/c on 05.11.2007 from patwa brothers neemuch m.p., from the very begining this m/c is giving trouble I aproached local supplier but to no avail, On 24.05.2008 I contacted co's head office and lodged a complaint (no. 7aa090805240013) with them, this time a mechanic was deputed who provided some temporary solution with assurance that he will change the necessary parts as soon he receives it from the co, but that day has never come. Again on 22.04.2009 I sent a mail to co's customer care but no response so far. Pls do the needfull.
