Non Refund of Money

Sir,

My Mother had to travel from Patna to Delhi on 19/02 (thursday), but as the flight was late from its Shecdule time she cancelled the journey. we asked the kingfisher crew member to refund the money, they told as the payment was made from the cerdit card it will be refunded to the credit card account only and it will take 7 (seven) working days. But till now no money had been refunded in my cerdit card account. I had talked to Customer Care many times But here also no action has been taken.
