Discontinued flight two weeks before

Hi,

I booked kingfisher red airlines ticket more than a month before for 24tn Oct, for Bangalore to Lucknow. I came to know 3 days back from a friend that this flight has been discontinued.

He got the info from ezeego where he booked these tickets. When i called customer care they confirmed the news. They are taking there own time to inform customers.

In return they are offering refund (IN 21 DAYS) or a ticket costing 13K higher than the old ticket.

They are not listening and are repeating the same line on and on. The ticket is round Diwali time, 2 weeks prior hard to get low cost ticket in any airlines. Mostly full.

They are not any responsibility for it and are simply doing refund which will be credited after u have booked next set of tickets.

Its very rude and negligent on Kingfisher part. An alternative flight at same cost or reasonably higher cost could have been provided. Or they should have planned this earlier.
