Sub standard quality

I had bought a pair of shoes for my daughter from Central, Oberoi Mall, Goregaon, Mumbai on 12th sept for Rs.895. The shoe gave up the sole and the upper part on the very next day i.e 13th sept.

Central, which is a company of Big Bazaar and Future Group, didn't exchange it and refused to give a credit note.

Please help me.
