On 7/4/09 I purchased a garden tool at Kmart (77 Chilpancingo, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523). Instructions on the receipt tells me to go on line, complete questionaire (5-10 minutes), do so within 7 days, and enter to win a $2500 gift card! At the very start, the questionaire requires you to enter the 19-digit number on receipt. BUT, NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I ENTERED THIS NUMBER, OR IN WHAT FORM - THE FORM WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE ENTRY! After about 10 minutes of this, I gave up and left the site. The number on my receipt is: 03053 070409 002 23313.
