Telephone dead

I have made several complaints regarding non working of my telephone no.02748 222020 at the local telephone office. The telephone is not working properly since 6 months & is dead since 20 days now. Despite making several complaints there is no response to my complaint till date. Please look in to the matter at the earliest.
