No refund issued for failed transaction

Hi,

The below is the failed transaction detail which I made through ksrtc.in site for Airavat Bus.

OB Ref NO: OB3227382

Journey Date: 30/01

Booked On : 28/01

As specified in the site, I sent mail to [email protected]

Also I tried calling on this no: 080-22221321 but no one answers.

I have not yet received the funds back in my accounts.
