Dear sir

We have booked ticket through net on 28/3/10 at 10.30 pm twice and that transaction could not completed but amount has been deducted from my account. Same has been complained to bank next day then they send the complaint to KSRTC for further action but till date no response from KSRTC. Today bank officials asked us to call KSRTC directly, so we dialed to 08025329113, they instructed to log a complaint through net. Kindly note below detail

A/c No : 38327

Card No : 4214 5804 7206 3382

Amount Deducted : 994/- 994/- twice Total Amount = Rs.1988.00

Kindly check and refund the amount Rs. 1988.00 to account no mentioned above at the earliest as it is already delayed for 115 days. Kindly intimate to [email protected]
