Money not refunded for cancel ticket

Hi,

I have cancelled my tickets from Bangalore to tirupathi on 18/10 and still the money is not credited. when i call the customer care no one is lifting the call. I don't know whom to complaint also as no one is responding to the calls and even for the mails also.

Pnr numbers of the cancelled tickets: J26136285 and J26136090

Can you please look into this.
