Hi,
I had booked online ticket on 13/10. The ticket did not get confirmed but the credit card is charged. Another two tickets booked on 06/11. This one also same issue.
I sent mail to [email protected] for refund. However, there is no response. I called 080-22221321, however, no one is answering the call.
Please suggest me what action further I need to take on this.
