KSRTC ticket booked
Amount debitted twice

I have purchased KSRTC ticket on 19th April, for Rs. 417/-, however the first purchase bearing reference No. OB3604954IG48139100, has not been materialised due to some technical reasons, but an amount has been debited to my account. Thereafter i made one more purchase since the earlier attempt has been cancelled due to technical reasons and the same was successful.

But in my account the amount has been debitted twice for Rs. 417/- on 19th April. I kept on following it with my banker from past two months, but nothing is materialising and they adviced me to lodge a complaint.

Please look in to the matter.
