I am a regular consumer of Idea pre-paid services for last 4 years, but for last 1 year I am being put into trouble by the service provider due to reasons best known to the company. I have taken a prepaid sim 988207820 in the month of March and submitted all the documents required for the same. Later, probably 7-8 months ago services to my mobile were blocked on the plea of wrong verification etc. Again I was foreced to deposit identity certificate. I did so, but with great concern I would like to bring your kind notice that on 10-11 again services to my cell number have been blocked, when I inquired from customer care officer, his reply was only " I am to sorry, your verification is wrong- I can't do anything". I rushed to the retailer, and he made my cell functional, I won't know to whom he had made calls. Surprising, again on 13-11 I found that my sim is blocked without any intimation to me and when I enquired with customer care officer, he told me that this number is not pertains to me, it is running on the name of some another customer. On asking particulars, he showed his inability to disclose the particulars.
From 13-11 i have made several contact with the Area Manager/distributor at Chamba, who in turn advised me to submit fresh DD proof. I could not understand why I am being asked to do so. How my pre-paid cell was functional for last two year in case of wrong verification of ID etc. I have sent a e-mail on 13-11 to idea grievance, but all in vain and I did not received any reply from there. Now I am approaching you with a request to kindly look into the matter.
