Poor network of AIRTEL both in residence and office

I am making complaint from past 2 months regarding network problem @ my office and residence both are in same building, though office is road facing am suffering with poor network. and residence in 1st floor.

The main problem is there are 8 airtel users in my family and we all suffering the same problem, we are loosing our business due to thes.

I have regisered complaint in all service centre's but no positive response from any of the airtel service provider.

I want a strict action to be taken against "AIRTEL"
