I purchased a hp pavilion laptop after christmas in 2008. i redeemed my product within jan 15. and also sent a dd worth 1499 as requested and i ve still not got a further notice or the status of my gift, i hold this mail as a formal complaint to the hp redemptions team and if i dont get a prompt reply i shall furnish further attempts to lodge a formal complaint with the legal authorites with necessary details. my redemption code is XISLQ0ENQ4
