Few months back i purchased a shoe model LC0573 COLOUR BLACK SIZE 44, MRP 2085 MFG-JUL07.after two months the sole started cracking, when i complained about it i was replaced by new one and was told that the preveous one had a expired sole.but to my surprise the second one also had the same result.now i feel embarasing to again go for the same complain.it was purchassed from m/s RACHNA FOOTWEAR CIVIL LINES, ALLAHABAD, UP-211001.now having faith in your company i am making this request to keep my faith in your world class product.
