The sompany has issued some holiday vouchers when I purchased some electronic product in Girias. Accordingly, I had requested them to book hotel for me in Ooty. Although they were supposed to honour their commitment, they could not do so. Further, I had deposited Rs. 1225 for this. As they failed to book my hotel, they have been continously telling that they will retudn my money but are not returning my money.
