Hi

I am sunit kumar vatsyayan working at pune. i purchased Lenovo (Y410) laptop 9 months before in pune itself. Since then i am not able to ride DVD or CD on my laptop i.e. can not make a data CD or copy any thing on DVD, even any DVD or data CD BURN on another brand laptop by nero software or like this software is not running on my laptop. More over the already installed software in the laptop by Lenovo co.for burning or making data CD or DVD is not compatible for this purpose. this is either due to VISTA or any other Technical problem. The same problem is persist in my brother's Lenovo laptop also (same model) as he purchased in Patna. Again i am facing problem to actvate the VERIFACE password. Plz give me the contact no of Lenovo Call centre so that i can log my complain, bcz the no. mentioned i booklet of lenovo (18 00 113324) is not working.

kindly provide the necessary and convenient solution in detail as soon as possible so that your brand image couldn't affected.
