Poor services by service center at dehradun

Dear

1. i bought my laptop on 14th Jan 08 and since day one i had faced few problems, since i was out of india i could not get it rectify now when i came back to india the warranty period already got expired. No problems i still went to the service center with a hope that i will get some good quality service and my parts/ all problems will be rectified.

2. I went to the following service center

Mr Varun Singhal

and launched the following complaints

(a) Hard Drive slot/ hard drive not functioning properly. CDs never used to go in and laptop had to be tilted and hit with soft hand (like bajaj scooter true indian way)

(b) MMC SD slot not working either the driver is missing or some hardware problem

(c) laptop had got very sluggish

(d) web cam was problematic with yahoo msngr

3. when i gave the laptop to Mr Singhal he said i will rectify all the problems and return after two days

but to my surprise

(a) he took seven days for changing the hard drive and formatting the laptop and forgot the rest of the problems quoted by me and also overcharged me

(b) he took money from me saying service charges and also didn`t give me any bill receipt.

(c) He didn`t even check my laptop till the time i blasted him on the mobile and was very clumsy in response.

4. i have a very bad experience of LENOVO and i request if some one looks into it and improves the services and response. else all the laptops and the products are the same the difference is to the services provided
