My laptop's warranty ended a month ago and few days ago the dvd drive was not reading disks properly. As i went to the support center (Latest Information Pvt Ltd) at bhopal, he told me that charges for getting it right will be 1200 INR. cost for replacement will be 5400 INR. I came back and cleaned it with air blow and it started working fine. Is it worth asking for 1200 for just an air blow?
