I have purchased a lenovo desktop 5313 1CQ from ITJ retailspvt. ltd. BHILWARA on 11oct. 2008 through the invoice no. 281.The product serial no. is 1S53131CQMB07255. I was told that diwali offer is being given by Lenovo company. I completed all the formality on lenovo web for registering my PC and to claim this so called diwali offer. The redemption code of my claim generated is RED11350794626387. I sent all the documents required to claim the gift to channel technologies, Noida on 5th Nov. 2008. Till date no gift has been sent to me by lenovo. This is very harrashing to me that such a big company also cheat the cutomers.
