Miss behaviour of service center employees

I have recently purchased a protection from lenovo on 6th june. They said i will get it last within 20 days which i don't so i called them.

There behaviour was really bad and unbelievable.when i object the agreed to return money but is returning money is the solution to their misbehaviour.
