Non delivery of free gift

I had purchased a LENOVO Desktop 5313 ICQ from M/s. Compage Data Products, Hyderabad on 14.10.08. I had opted for 2years additional guarantee and PHILIPS MP3 player as free gifts for which, as advised, On 19.10.08 by speed post I had forwarded the print out of the mail forwarding my redemption no, RED55310508216653, the xerox copy of the purchase invoice and the original bar code serial number. But it is regretted to note that till date i have not heard anything about the same. It is therefore requested that the status may please be informed to me.
