I had ordered I-pod through rediff shopping but not rec tillnow

I have ordered an i-pode unluckly through your online shooping service. My order num

is 5501567 vender V.K Gulati (Hydrabad Perls) & my order was approved on 26/07/09

& dilivered to Blue Dart courier service on 28/07/09 & Conssigenment num is 44208508120.

I had already send many mail to cust care but there is no any posotive responce. I

have received a mail that i will rec my order withing 7-10 working days which is already

over. I had world with blue dart they are telling that order num & counssignment num is

wrong not able to trace my order details. I thing its a fraud online shopping service. Kindly

look into the matter & take necessary step against www.shopping.rediff.com...
