Hardware problems

1.bluetooth is not working-talked at customer care center new delhi, but complaint was not registered.

2.problem in speakers, giving cracking sound while playing them.

3.cd drive not working properly as it doesnt reads any cd

i showed to service center at patna.above mentioned problem seen by them.
