Lg serviceng center is not at all taking responsblites of consume

From last one mont my complain has been regesterd but LG is not taking any action against my problum.my complain no is n9c32800866 and resent complain no is n9c40503579 . whenever i call to lg costomer care they were always giving me a complain no but .there is no action taken by lg . pls help me out
