Non delivery of gift offer as advertized

Dear Sir,

I purchased a fridge (Model no 205000001812757 MASTERMIND 23 DLX STEEL from the FORUM MART at 89, Kharvel Nagar. Unit-III, Bhubaneswar on 28.09.08 and paid Rs 15700/- with the assurance of getting a BPL mobile as gift. But after I made the payment, the management refused delivery of the gift saying that it had run out of stock. I waited for their promise of sending the gift to my residence within 3 days but there was no communication. When contascted they simply say that the gift is still out of stock.

I, would, like to complain that the consumer is not a beggar and you shouldn't sell things on false promises.
