Getting blank screen

While operating the monitor on screen it showing 2" size while belt is coming. Last 15 days i am trying to contact your lg people all telling different stories of it. this is very bad service of yours. if we are not getting any feed back within 2 days we will proceed consumer court. This LCD on warranty period itself. Pl. do the action at the earliest.
