Pathetic LG Service

Hello,

This is Joy Mukherjee from Kharagpur, WestBengal. On last December I purchased one LG Microwave Model: MC-7688-DP which got out of order during demonstration by the LG Service Person. Next I returned the same to the local electronic shop from where I have purchased the same and took a new one with a little bit higher price Model: MC-7648-WH. Just after one month the front door of the unit got burnt due to some unknown reason and on the same day I logged a complain (complain Number: N9C21502176 on 15/02 with LG and got an assurance of replacement within a week. But till date I am in dark that when I will get the replacement. Further to state I that I have written mails to their concern heads but there is no responce to notice. Request you to kindly look into this and help to get the same replacement at the earliest.
