Poor Response

I had given my microwave for repair to the LG service centre in Trivandrum.

Every time I call up they jsut repond sying that a spare has to come from the bangalroe office.

it has been three weeks and still ti is not repaired and the reason is delay in spare arrival.

They never update us on the status, everytime we have to make a call.

Very poor service
