My name is Niraj Sachan, i recently bought a LG1.5 Ton window AC. from Home Solution, Ghaziabad.

1 week back i shifted my room, for the same i dropped my request to LG customer care on date 01/8/09 for Re-Installation of the AC with Request N0. N9C80109531.From that date i follow Call Center (1800 180 9999) 5-6 times with my Request N0.But till now i am not getting any response neither from any Customer care nor from Service Center.

It would be great if any body could help into this issue as soon as possible.

This is totally ridiculous service!!!
