The under signed purchased one LG 0.75t window air condotioner on03.05.2009 from 'Anandamela' G-9 Gariahat market. Kolkata70019. model noLWA@DWIAFI serial no. Cash memo no.3752. No remote switch was provided in the packing. Inspite of several follow up with 'Anandamela' till 13.06.09 we did not get the same. Kindly intervane & arrange supply.
