Till date Policy certificate not recived

Sir/Maddam,

I take a LIC Policy which no are=255424954 D.O.C =28/07 T&T =1920-20--20, S-A=2, 00, 000

But till date i not recived policy certificate.

When we deposite first premium through Lic Agent he said that policy certificate you recived with in one month & after then he say that this policy certificate not available in Lic.

Please look after this matter.
