I have puchased a set of 3 c.d.'s from india today book club of living media india limited (invoice no. ORB080049241 DT.21 MAY). they sent me that c.d.'s by vpp.after paying for vpp, when i opened the packet, c.d's were damaged, so i returned that c.d.'s by pafex courier no. 733692794 DT. 21 JUNE. But still i have not recieved any replacement for the same. several times i have complained on their helpline no. 011-40502424 but every time they saying that they were out of stock and now they have received the stocks and this week thay will despatch. but till today (15 march) i have not received the c.d.'s. i have taken complaint no. also but of no use,

and many times they not given me the no. saying that they have changed the procedure and it is only recorded in the computer system and forwarded to the concerned authorities .i thought living media india limited is a big company but they cheat the public by sending offers by e mail saying you will get this thing free and that holiday offer, etc., . we think that this is a big company of india today group, aaj tak, etc., . please look into the matter and save us from this kind of publicity of free offers etc.
