Not recieved free gift

Dear Sir/ Madam

I have recieved the parcel of books on 5th jan but along with that I did not recieve the free gift of holidays. In the Invoice they mentioned Ihave claim for that but did not find place from where I can claim. I opened the site in that there are only complaints no provision to claim the free gift. What I am saying when you know what gift you have provided along with the parcel then why it neccessary to claim it again. Just send it that is all. Are they buying time? OR IS IT BOGUS? I HAD A GREAT RESPECT INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB I THINK I HAVE TO CHANGE MY OPINION. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO WRITE THE COMPLAINTS
