Unfair Trade Practices by 57272
Dear All,
I would like to draw your attention towards the Reverse Gear Scheme run by 57272. This scheme says that the unique and the lowest bid will win the products and they send sms as tips for the
same.
See the question raised by me and the answer given by them to me. It clearly says that they are fooling the customers and doing unfair trade practices.

I got a SMS from 57272 (J9 Mobile) which says the below:
SMS by 57272 on September 15th: MOTOROLA RAZR2 Phone ke liye sabase chotti n anokhi boli Rs. 22 aur Rs. 27 ke beech mein hain abhi.
Now my question is, can the winner for this particular day i.e. September 15th be at a bid of Rs. 20.63
Yes or No. If Yes in what conditions
I would also like you to kindly let me know the folowing details of the winner on 20th September.
Name of the Winner on 20th September.
Contest Product of 20th September.
No. of Total SMS recieved by 57272 J9 Mobile on 20th September.for this dates contest.
No. of SMS sent by the Winner on 20th September.
Time of SMS (Winning Bid SMS) sent by the Winner on 20th September.
Mobile number of Winning BID SMS.
Lastly, please let me know in how many days will you revert or you will not revert on this. do reply atleast on this.

As for as your querry is concerned you are informed that after receipt SMS MOTOROLA RAZR2 Phone ke liye sabase chotti n anokhi boli Rs. 22 aur Rs. 27 ke beech mein hain abhi. any receipient can make a bid of any other least amount. Thus, for that particular day a bid of Rs. 20.63 can be submitted and the winner would be decided in terms of the contest subject to condition that the bid for that day is not closed. As for as list of winner for that day you would obtain it from the net at the specified address. Rest of list can not be provided ordinarily unless you disclose under what capacity and for what purpose you are asking for it.
