Dear Sir,
I had gone to complaint at your Chembur Center.on 19 the May and registered a compliant
for unaccounted deductions and unsolicited calls which was registered under Docket number DOC-C- 190535213 by Once Ms Ranjita.
I had put these complaints, before as well but did not got any answer from, you. Once I complained I asked for the actions on my earlier complaints when one Rajita, executive
who asked for the proof with me since you do not keep more than ten days comp and can not help me with me results on the earlier compalints
After the present complaint she told me to come and ask for the results after three days. But on 25 the May when I visited your office again she told she does not have any answer with regard compliant.
Today my account shows Rs -30 without any call being made.
I am not sure whether I shoud activate and loose that Rs 30 also
So I need an answer from you regarding these complaint
