On last few day loop mobile charge me for unuse call. I hadn't any call between 23/06 to 26/06 but company deducted call charges of Rs.20/- (Rs.10/-, 5/-, 5/- Respectively) on my prepaid A/C. When i call customer care respones arrived from their system error. I want the details of that call charges & why they charge me without calling any call. Also give me the detail of my Complaint no. If I did not get the early and sufficient response then I need to go to the Consumer court.
