Deduction of balance

I mst. Faizan Qureshi is having a problem with the Loop mobile prepaid service.

Each & everytime when i recharge my account there is deduction of RS.5 everytime.

when i called the mobile executive he told that u should unsubscribe the service which is running on your prepaid service. Upto my information there is nosuch service being activated on my prepaid.

Kindly take immediate action on the mobile company
