Unwanted promotional calls

Dear Sir/ Madam

This is regards to unwanted promotional calls which i am getting in odd timing even midnights ex 2.45 am.i have allready communicated this to loop mobile customer care but according to them it will take 45 working days to solve this problem my question is why promotional calls on "midnight"

dear sir just imagine you work 12 hours in a day & when you go to sleep u get the promotional calls & after that you are not able to sleep for whole night is that the service is??

i work in service industry & acording to me this is not service this is mental harrasement looking for positive revertal from your side
