i had activated the caller tune service on the 24th or 25th of october by using the 10 rupee music card...

i asked loop mobile care abt all details hw to start the service n i did just as they tld me

but my balnce got cut frm the 7 th day onwards i.e. 1st of nov...

n wen tried calling loop mobile care again i got no response frm them..

so i went to the loop mobile store at naupada, thane n dey do not hv the details of my call n rather they r tellin me dat i did nt calll loop mobile care..

loop has been very unhelpul n very arrogant in taklin

i request u to luk into the matter n credit me wid da balance dat has been wrongly deducted
