I purchased Reebok Shoes from SHIVAS DEPARTMENTAL STORES P LTD, 25, Defence Enclave, Vikas Marg, New [email protected] of product- 6-163581 dated on 19th Jan. And I complained on 6th may.

I regret to say that being first time purchaser of your product such careless action was not expected on companies part. My shoes were not replaced.
