Sir, i am the consumer of ur lp gas, obtained gas connection from ur local agency at Siddipet town and Medak Dist wide no.605873 in the year 1998, sevenmonths back i loose my gas booking book and original connection receipt, in this regard i visit several times the concerned agency persons to issue duplicate and iam ready to bare costs of the book but my efforts are failed. so it is requested that what is the procedure to obtained dupliate pass book and direct you authorites to issue duplicate gas booking book to me
