Delay in Service

Hi,

I am very much unsatisfied from the service been provided by Fast Track On Road Help Line. I had registered my Bike (Unicorn) with Fast track. Today got punchered arounf 8 AM and I called Help line nos. Firstly there was delay in picking up the phones and then they ensured that within 25 - 30 minuts help line will reach your place. But I waited till 8.55AM there was no responce from Fast Track and around 9.50AM got call that "Sir, where are you, we are at the spot for providing help". So, I complaint for a punchur is somebody can wait for 2 hours.

If, there is this type of delay in help, what kind of help is this. I will never register myself with Fasttrack in future. I made a mistake and waisted my money for registration with Fast track.
