Expansive shoes did not work even for 5 days

Dear Mam/ Sir

I am commander JP Pandey purchased a Pair of shoes from Bata shops, Shangrila shopping center

L T. Road Borivali east Phone no. 022 28950099 on 08/03/09 by paying Rs. 1600.00

Above shoes got unusable, complete steaching came out and I handed over to shop owner for repair with great difficulties just sfter 5 days of purchase.

That shoes was received after I week and again got same problem.

Again given for repair but I dont think that shoes will work for few days.

This for your in formation that I am going to consumer court and will make NC TO Borivali Police station.regarding tha poor quality and regarding the owner of the shop.
