I paid Rs 999/- on 21 Jan 09 by credit card for a 2 year subscription of mail today newspaper along with 1 coupon redeemable for a Reebok swift shoe at any factory outlet. My booking ID is 7750000851. I was told the coupon will reach me in 3-4 weeks of booking. I have been calling once every week since 21 Feb 09 and i still have not received my shoe coupon. I requested order cancellation and refund on 27 Feb 09. They replied that i will shortly get revert from mail today. I sent mails on 27 Feb, 9 Mar & 19 Mar requesting refund but there is no action till today.
