STAFF NOT WORK CORRECTLY

I am Neeraj Gupta From HISAR (HARYANA).

I want to book a speed post from main post office hisar.

i go counter no 4 operator is Ms. Meenu.

Ms. Meenu told me for speed post counter no 3 after one hour i m still in line and now Ms. Meenu cut the known person speed post slip from counter no 4 and when i asked about this she told me ask the postmaster.

but postmaster not on seat so Ms. Meenu don't work properly for the consumer.

please take action fast and inform me
