Refund of Airfare

Dear sir,

I have booked my flight from Kolkata to Bhubeneswar Booking ID FLT00004519936 through Make My Trip Portal by paying Rs. 3, 032.

I boarded the Jet lite flight but flight could not land at Bhubeneswar & had come back. No alternate arrangement was made & We have been told that Full Refund will be made through Make My Trip.

I contacted Jet lite (Ms Roshni at Call Centre), who said that Make My Trip has to act.

I made a complaint to Make My Trip where I contacted Mr Prashant Vadera who said to to submit the refund voucher in original through email, which was also submitted 2 months back.

The Refund has not been released till date.
